General Purpose Term Loans are sanctioned to members for enabling them to meet personal, domestic and such other requirements.

•  Maximum amount for individuals        : Rs. 200 Lakhs

•  Repayment period                             : 60 months

•  Interest rate                                   : 13.00%

•  Security                                                 : Equitable Mortgage of property having                                                                              valuation of twice the amount of the loan

•  Available at all branches

•  Repayment                                      : Equated monthly instalments

•  No prepayment penalties

General Purpose Institution Term Loan (GPITL)

General Purpose term loans are granted to institutions with a reduced interest rate of 12.00%.
